Deb is wonderful. She has experience and expertise, a passion for what she does, and most importantly a clear concern for the people she works with. After losing a significant amount of weight, I sought Deb’s advice on how to make the transition from weight loss to long-term maintenance nutrition, optimizing my diet for health and for building lean muscle mass, and basically making sure I didn’t ruin all the work I did to lose the weight in the first place. She explained everything to me with a clear knowledge and understanding, and gave me a plan to follow that was realistic and grounded in good science.
